JOC: Jet Orientation Course and Airbus Introduction
Our specific combined Airbus JOC is designed for pilots who have just completed their flight training with an MCC and are now seeking employment with an airline. Increasingly, airlines operating jet aircraft are looking for candidates who have completed a JOC before starting the type-specific course. Specifically, our Airbus JOC focuses on the Airbus 320 aircraft family, covering both Jet Orientation and Airbus Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The AirbusReady JOC will cost €1,320 per person, based on two pilots sharing. There are 4 slots available on each course date. To secure your spot, a 25% deposit is required within 14 days prior to the course start date.
A personalized one-on-one JOC is priced at €1,980 and is subject to availability.

The JOC appears as a way to bridge the gap between flying slower aircraft solo and your first type rating course on a complex crewed jet. However, what a JOC doesn’t do is provide specific information about the type of aircraft you are most likely to fly. We are closing that gap for new pilots by giving them the skills to manage an Airbus 320 specifically while learning the logic of a jet aircraft.
